At Guest In Residence, we want you to cherish your cashmere pieces for a lifetime; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your knitwear and place it in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
